Description Return Policy Ask About Layaway   Exquisite set of 12 handpainted Japanese multicolored Imari porcelain plates, Meiji period, c. 1868-1912.  Delicately scalloped edge.  Central deep blue underglaze floral medallion and six wedge-shaped panels of chrysanthemum and bamboo in fans alternating with lotus bud shaped floral medallions, decorated in iron red, gold and blue with underglaze blue emblem panels on underside. Very good condition.
