Description Return Policy Ask About Layaway   Remarkable traveler’s set Japanese Shunkei lacquer chawan tea bowls, early 20th century.  Includes three tea bowls and tea storage caddy. Shunkei lacquer originated 400 years ago in the Keicho Era. It features the natural richness of wood, enhanced by transparent lacquer that becomes more beautiful with use.  Comes with original inscribed kiri wood storage box.  Very good condition.
