Lovely Japanese six-panel folding screen painting or byobu, Taisho period, c. 1912-1926. Wonderful, tea room size. Ink and color on paper. Finely detailed rendering of court scenes. Beautiful, still vivid colors and impression on abundant gold leaf. Very good condition. Dimensions: 25” high, 108” wide (fully extended).
