Description Return Policy Ask About Layaway   Outstanding pair Japanese samurai musha warrior and retainer dolls,Meiji period, c. 1900.  Crafted for display on Boys’ Day, celebrated annually in Japan on May 5.  Majestic gofun face and fine detail in silk brocade costume. Wonderfully animated features and pose. Accessories include dramatic dragon kabuto helmet, fan, banner and hat.
