Exquisite set of five Japanese lacquer and wood sweets plates for the tea ceremony, Taisho period, c. 1912-1926.  Finely conceived and beautifully rendered floral motif in vivid red and gold.  Each plate individually signed.  Original kiri wood tomobako storage box.  Very good condition.  Diameter:  5.25” square.
