Description Return Policy Ask About Layaway   Fine suzuribako writing box in a round shape symbolizing the rising sun of the New Year. Gold lacquer calligraphy on top wishing for long life, on the inside of the cover pine seeedlings with inscription and signature by the lacquer artist Yoshimizu. Comes with suzuri ink stone, silver hexagonal suiteki waterdropper and complete writing utensils.  Includes the original kiri-wood tomobako box signed and sealed by the artist. Dated 1931.
