Exquisite Japanese lacquer kogo or incense storage box, mid-20th century.  Subtely rendered ginkgo leaf motif in gold makie and the box is finished in silver edge. Exceptionally conceived and detailed by artist Reiho Sasaki.  Traditionally for tea ceremony use.  Comes with signed kiri wood storage box.  Very good condition.  Dimensions:  1” x 2.75”.
