Description Return Policy Ask About Layaway   Excellent Japanese hina doll or ningyo representing the left minister, Sadaijin, Meiji period, c. 1868-1912. An old and respected samurai and protector of the Imperial Court, he is dressed in the costume of the Imperial Guards of the Heian period, with bow and arrow.  From Kyoto, indicating highest level of quality and craftsmanship. Very good condition.
