Fabulous Chinese porcelain oxblood glaze brush washer, early-mid 20th century.  Fine, rich rose color with contrasting speckles.  Great luster and form. Traditionally used on the scholar’s desk ; today a beautiful set for display in home or office. Rare to find a pair!  Underglaze blue six-character mark on underside.  Very good condition. Dimensions:  4” high, 5.5” at widest.
